Product Description

A rare form in Chinese Export silver and probably made as butter dishes. The pair contain a full set of pseudo English hallmarks, including a ‘London’ date letter P corresponding to the date 1810-1811. This pair is of particular note not only because of the rare form but also because of the exquisite workmanship of the shell form feet.
