Product Description
A very stylish pair of bamboo tables in the Chinese Revival style of the 1860s to 1880s. The porcelain is of European origin of very high quality, imitating porcelain plaques of the Kang-Hsi period of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth century. Although not necessarily Austrian, the porcelain is stamped “A. WEISSE VIENNA” who was probably the supplier of the porcelain. The design of these tables, however, appears to be English.
English or Continental c.1880
