DESCRIPTION

Of rare two tiered construction with a very desirable “cheese-top” upper-section of a remarkable 3inch thickness. The turner who made this table created an extraordinarily elegant tabletop from a single piece of beautifully figured elm. An early “honest repair” to the top adds to the appeal and this compact table has developed a wonderful color and patina.
